After the aerator has been used for a period of time, its motors, gearboxes, impellers, floats, lines and other components are easily damaged and malfunctions, and must be inspected and maintained:
1. Electric motor. When checking, turn the motor rotor by hand, and listen for the sound of friction or collision of the machine. Check whether the bearing is damaged, whether the carbon brush is worn, and polish the rust on the surface of the commutator.
2. Gearbox. Check the wear of the gearbox shafts, gears and other parts, and whether the oil seals are intact. If any damage is found, it should be repaired and replaced. If the oil in the tank has deteriorated, replace the deteriorated oil, clean up the sand in the tank, and inject new oil.
3. Impeller and float. Check whether the impeller is deformed. If there is any deformation, the aerator manufacturer should repair it and then apply anti-rust paint. The aerator parts manufacturers check whether the welded parts of the floats are corroded and leaking. If there is rust and water leakage, use welding to repair it.
4. Line. Use a megger to check the insulation of the motor, check whether the wiring terminals are safe and stable, and whether the wires are damaged or exposed. If the above situation is found, it should be repaired or replaced. Check the junction box, if it is corroded by water, replace it, and make the wiring waterproof protection.
