This power is 1.1-1.8 kilowatts and is often used in small and medium-sized fish ponds below 1.5 meters in depth.

 

②Impeller type aerator: it stirs the water body through the rotation of the impeller, produces the mixing of lifting water and pushing water, and makes the upstream and downstream convection of the water layer to form aeration to achieve the purpose of aeration. This type of model has good oxygenation effect, uniform dissolved oxygen in the water body, and the motor power is generally 1.5 to 3 kilowatts. It is often used in large and medium-sized fish ponds with a depth of 1.5 to 2 meters.

 

③Waterwheel aerator: Use high-speed paddles to pump air into the water to achieve the purpose of aeration. During operation, this type of aerator does not agitate the sludge at the bottom of the pond to keep the water fresh. The motor power is usually 0.75-1.5 kW, and it is usually used for small fish ponds below 1.3 meters deep.

 

④Air aerator: After the air is compressed by the compressor, it is sent to the sand filter element or fine-pored plastic pipe at the bottom by a blower, and the tiny bubbles discharged are contacted with oxygen during the rise, and dissolved in water to achieve the purpose of aeration. The power of this type of aerator is generally 0.75-2.2 kilowatts, and it is often used in large fish ponds with a water depth of more than 2 meters and an area of ​​more than 4 acres.

 

⑤ Pendulum aerator: It uses the power of high-speed rotating weights to contact the waves, waves and oxygen waves around the water with oxygen and dissolve them in the water to achieve the purpose of aeration. This power is 1.1-1.5 kW and is often used in large fish ponds 2 meters deep and more than 5 acres. When configuring the number of aerators, the number of configurations is calculated at 0.75 kW/mu, that is, 1 mu of fish pond can be equipped with 1 set of 0.75 kW aerator; 2 mu of fish pond can be equipped with 1 set of 1.5 kW aerator, or 2 sets of 0.75 kW aerator ;And so on.

 

 

 

2. Correct installation
The following takes the impeller type aerator as an example: first set up a 6-meter-high pole on the side of the fish pond, and the distance between each pole is 50 meters, and then set up a cable on the pole; when installing the aerator, first Fill the gear box with No. 20 oil to the specified oil level, and then drop the aerator horizontally into the water to ensure that the breather of the reducer cannot overflow the oil. When installing the impeller, it should be aligned with the "water line". When there is no "water line", the upper end surface should be parallel to the horizontal plane, and the impeller blades should be immersed in the water to a depth of 4 cm to ensure that the motor will not be overloaded. When installing the motor protective cover, be sure to It must be installed carefully and correctly to ensure that the motor will not be wetted by water and leak electricity; when installing the water inlet cable, the outer rubber of the three-phase cable must not be damaged.
